Training Calendar...

Follow along with me as I train for my first Olympic Triathlon...
January & February's Schedule:
Monday - Spinning class (1 hour of cycling instruction)
Tuesday - Weight lifting in Pump class
Wednesday - Running for 40 minutes on the treadmill, interval training
Thursday - Swimming for 30 minutes
Friday -  Running for 40 minutes on the treadmill, interval training
Saturday -  break day
Sunday- Fun day ..elliptical with Tessa to chat and catch up with each other, skiing with my family
